Please note: Delivery Time = Tailoring & Handling Time + Shipping time
The shipping time is only an estimated time that based on past experience. It does not mean that we promise that the package will be delivered within this time. Please kindly know that the international shipping time will be different due to bad weather, flight delays, long customs clearance time, etc. These are beyond our control.
Tips for shipping
A) Please take a attention that APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted.
B) Package to Canada and the United Kingdom may be paid for clearance customs tax when you pick it up. For more remote areas in Canada, please allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery.
C) We are doing our best to make the promised time, please understand our warehouse are working only on business days, so please remember to enjoy the sunshine even there's a day or two difference in the ETA, and by the way, we will inform you proactively if something is wrong.
D) Phone number is required for delivery. Leave correct email address in your order so that order confirmation and shipping confirmation will be sent.
